SUMMARY
Our recent Digital 3D Revit Measured Building & 2D DWG Topographical Survey of the A&E Department at Southend University Hospital, Essex.
Southend University Hospital opened in 1888, and now has over 700 beds. The hospital also serves as a teaching hospital for medical students from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry.
The survey was undertaken with a Leica RTC360 Laser Scanner, Trimble Total Station & GPS. The output included a precision 3D Revit LOD 2 commercial hospital model of all floors, roof & elevations including a 2D DWG Topographical Site Plan.
