The Digital 3D Revit Measured Building Survey of Centre for Vulnerable Learners, Wales

The new facility which is taking over the former Pontllanfraith Comprehensive School site, will accommodate between 80 – 120 pupils.
The centre aims to provide “high quality learning opportunities” for children from 11-years-old to 16-years-old, and is still in the planning phase of development.

Our recent survey at the centre was undertaken with a Leica RTC360 Laser Scanner. The output included a precision 3D Revit model of all floors, roof, elevations.
