Caernarfon Castle, Wales

Caernarfon Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is one of Wales’ most iconic medieval fortresses. Originally a motte-and-bailey built by the Normans in the 11th century, it was transformed into a grand stone castle in 1283 under King Edward I.

Beatties in Wolverhampton is a landmark building with over 140 years of history, having served the community as a beloved department store since 1877. Originally owned and operated by the Beatties family until 2005, it was later taken over by House of Fraser before closing its doors in 2020.
