The new Industrial Park being developed in Havant is an good example of the service and what’s involved. For this brand new site we first recorded a full Topographical Survey capturing the boundary extent, site roads and pathways and each of the Industrial units. This was followed by the precision 3D Laser Scan Survey of the units measuring their external and internal footprint.
Using the survey data, we generated an As Built Site Plan, Unit Floor and Title Deed Plans. Finally, we calculated the area of each building providing measurement as Gross External Area (GEA) and Gross Internal Area (GIA). In line with Client instruction this report was supported by a Letter Of Reliance. This information will be used to aid marketing and form part of the Legal Conveyance Pack.
