New to the Croydon landscape, Queen’s Square is an exciting multi-phased scheme located right in the very heart of the Croydon town centre regeneration programme, only moments away from both East & West Croydon transport links.
Surveybase Limited were commissioned by Arcadis the respected property management consultants on behalf of international developer R&F Properties. Our comprehensive brief includes Topographical Surveying, 3D Laser Scan Surveying, 2D Measured Building Plans and 3D Revit BIM modelling.
The site survey was undertaken over an 8-week schedule, working ahead of the construction team engaged in large scale demolition. Despite the obvious challenge the survey progressed to plan and always in compliance with our method statement and on-site health and safety management.
Our Land Surveying team delivered a precision topographical record of the project site and the immediate environment which includes the historic Croydon Town Hall. They established a network of control points for the following 3D Laser Scan survey. The scope included Segas House, a listed art deco building that was carefully modelled in Revit by our expert Technical Team.
The Queen’s Square development will transform Croydon. The scheme totals six new residential buildings including the iconic Highgrove Tower a striking new addition to the South London skyline at the centre of this dynamic new urban quarter.
