Surveybase have completed the precision digital survey of a large, 8 bedroom residential building.
Built in 1883, this Grade II Listed 8-bedroom home offers panoramic views of North Beach and retains original 19th-century features. The properties ground floor currently serves as a separate 2-bedroom apartment, and the upper floors forming a spacious 6-bedroom house.
Surveybase undertook a Total Station, Laser Scan, and Matterport survey of the entire building and surrounding landscape. The resulting point cloud was referenced to OS coordinates and processed to deliver a 3D LOD3 BIM Model, Topographical Site Plan, and Matterport Virtual Tour.
The survey data will be used by the new owners for development of this house.
