Whittington Hospital is a district general and teaching hospital run by the NHS Trust, providing hospital and community healthcare services in Islington and Haringey.
The hospitals history dates back to a leper facility founded in 1473, later followed by the Small Pox and Vaccination Hospital built in 1848. The hospital today is located on a 4.6-hectare site and is home to the Grade II listed Jenner Building — a key part of its rich medical heritage.
Surveybase completed a 2D topographical and utility survey of the entire site, and was subsequently reappointed to deliver a 3D Revit BIM survey. While the initial survey covered the full site, the 3D Revit model focused specifically on the building’s façades.
