The revitalised development comprises a 15-storey Office Tower, a 5-storey Bank Building, and an 8-storey Residential Building, creating a vibrant mixed-use environment. Enhanced by a carefully designed pocket park, Smithson Plaza successfully integrates commercial, residential, and retail spaces within a historically significant setting.
Surveybase were appointed to deliver a Measured Building and Topographical Survey. This provided the client with an accurate 2D Plans of floors, the car park, plant rooms, and the roof, along with a Topographical Plan.
