As part of a comprehensive survey programme undertaken by Surveybase, the existing Homebase estate underwent a multi-deliverable surveys. This process culminated in the production of detailed 3D Revit models, 2D measured building surveys, and topographical plans.
Surveybase collaborated closely with the client to deliver comprehensive survey programmes across multiple Homebase stores within the estate. Each store required detailed 3D BIM surveys, alongside 2D measured building surveys and topographical surveys. The surveys resulted in accurate 3D Revit models, produced to LOD 4 for façades and LOD 3 for internal elements, for each location. Additionally, the deliverables included 2D floor plans, elevations, and topographical site plans for each site.
Operating under tight deadlines, Surveybase mobilised quickly with a large survey team, utilising advanced surveying technology and meticulous planning to ensure precise data collection and timely completion across all stores.
