Holburne Park sits on a a former Ministry Of Defence site just outside Bath City Centre.
It is the latest high end residential development being built within the World Heritage City and when complete will offer a choice high specification homes, in Georgian style and built with beautiful Bath stone.
Our comprehensive brief included a detailed Topographical and Utilities survey of the site along with the initial Setting Out services. The site itself falls steadily towards the Kennet & Avon Canal below. The developer, Halsall Construction needed spot levels on a tight 2M grid. We deployed the latest GPS Total Station instruments to ensure the level of detail and precision required. The Utilities Survey was based on our site plans and included the use of Ground Penetrating Radar technology to trace buried services and features.
The Client was delighted with the results and has since appointed our services on similar developments across the South West.
