Gregynog Hall has a rich history dating back to the early 15th century and has played an important role in Welsh cultural life. The estate is famed for its fine Arts and Crafts architecture and beautifully landscaped gardens. Over the centuries, it has been carefully maintained, making it both a historic treasure and a vibrant centre for cultural events.
The project will see the delivery of multiple detailed colour point clouds, BIM-ready 3D Revit models, measured building surveys, UAV drone and a 2D topographical survey of the surrounding site. Together, these outputs will provide a complete and accurate digital record of both the building and its wider context.
Using advanced survey technology and a meticulous capture process, our team will record internal and external features with a high level of detail, ensuring the data supports future conservation, design, and planning requirements.
