Queen’s Square includes the former Nestlé Tower (St George’s House), St George’s Walk, the Grade II listed Segas House, and several 1960s buildings with shops at street level and offices above.
Most of Queen’s Square has now been cleared for redevelopment, paving the way for a series of tower blocks up to 28 storeys high, with 288 new homes, shops, restaurants, offices, and additional residential units.
Surveybase were appointed to deliver a 3D BIM, Topographical, and 2D Measured Building Surveys. This provided the client with an accurate 3D BIM Model of Segas House, delivered to our standard LOD4 facades and LOD3 internal modelling along with a Site plan, and Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections and Roof plan of multiple buildings.
