It’s a little-known fact that Barnet, in the Borough of London, has been a spa town, and the original well still exists. Constructed in the 17th Century, it is fascinating to see this relic of a bygone age surrounded by a residential housing estate. Survey Base produced floor, roof, and loft plans, as well as 16 external elevations. This was a delicate survey for our surveyors, but one which has highlighted the importance of cataloging such an historic gem.
