Located on Aberystwyth’s seafront, The Cambria was built in 1896 and became a Calvinistic Methodists Theological College in 1906. After the college closed in the early 21st century, it served various uses, including as a restaurant.
Now The Cambria has transformed into a thriving business centre, with many of its historic original features being preserved in the modernisation.
Surveybase were appointed to deliver a 3D BIM survey of the site. This provided the client with an accurate 3D BIM Model delivered to our standard LOD4 facades and LOD3 internal modelling.
